近几年的高考，while这一连词的出现频率非常高，特别是当“尽管”讲的比例更高，很多时候还是作为段落首句，对理解段落大意起着关键作用。更重要的是，还经常作为“题眼”出现，作为逻辑信号词，能正确理解其含义对答对题题目起着至关重要的作用。很多学生很多时候，做完一套题，对完答案，就仿佛万事大吉，再找下一套来做。其实这样很难提升阅读能力，因为你不思考。我认为我们应该反复研读高考真题，探讨特点，把握规律。我们在反复琢磨的同时，也是一种提升阅读能力的过程。今天我们结合高考题探讨一下while的用法。

另外，While引导时间状语从句，译为“正当”，从句中必须是表示动作进行或状态的延续性动词，一般用进行时。它强调主句的动作与从句的动作同时发生或主句的动作发生在从句的动作过程中。
