在许多语法书，甚至教科书上，都说any+形容词或副词比较级前,起强调作用，那到底起什么样的强调作用呢？它的真实含义又是什么?没有说，让大家一头雾水。今天我就给大家秒杀了这个疑惑，终生知晓。强调是指“强调程度之小”。应注意,any+形容词或副词比较级结构一般仅用于否定句、疑问句和条件句。真实含义是:even a little，even the smallest amount, in the least, at all。如：
1. 在否定句中，“not...any + 比较级”表示“一点也不……，再……一点点”。例如：
I can't run any faster.
我无法跑得再快一点点了。
I can't go any faster.
我不能走得更快了。
I'm not any taller than last year.
我一点也不比去年高。
We are not getting any further forward with the discussion.
